The Property Plan ("we," "us") is a property analysis service operated by The Property Plan Co., an affiliate of Brooks Capital Partners. This policy explains what information we collect through propertyplanco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request an estimate, a full Property Plan report, or contact us, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and details you share about the property (condition, ownership, timeframe, and any notes or messages).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site (for example, referral pages and advertising click identifiers). We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse, and measure our advertising.

Property information. To build your estimate, we combine what you tell us with property data from third-party real estate data providers and public records.

How we use information

• To generate your instant estimate and prepare your Property Plan report
• To contact you about your request and your property by phone, text message, and email, consistent with the consent you give when you submit your information
• To send follow-up emails about your report and related information — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately
• To verify your phone number, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce usage limits
• To operate, improve, and measure the service and our advertising

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our affiliate. The Property Plan Co. and Brooks Capital Partners work together to respond to your request, which can include preparing your report, contacting you, or discussing options for your property such as a purchase offer.
• Service providers who help us run the site — property data providers, SMS verification and email delivery services, website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google) that help us measure whether our ads work. These providers process information on our behalf.
• Legal requirements. If required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Tag Manager and advertising conversion tools, which set cookies or similar technologies to help us understand which ads bring visitors to the site and whether they request a report. We also briefly store referral information in your browser's session storage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number, we may send a one-time verification code and may contact you by call or text about your property and your report, as described at the point where you submit your number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — California residents in particular have these rights under California law, and we honor such requests regardless of where you live. We will never treat you differently for exercising them.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — responding to you, maintaining records of our communications, and meeting legal obligations — and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our service is intended for property owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
